Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on j8vip. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. j8vip employs technical and manual measures to detect and prevent multi-accounting.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j8vip account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify j8vip immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. j8vip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
j8vip is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents and any other documentation reasonably requested by j8vip for KYC purposes. j8vip reserves the right to suspend or restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification.
j8vip supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based users: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted subject to applicable limits.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the j8vip Platform at the time of transaction. j8vip reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent j8vip from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
